CPD Accredited
The Achieving Professional Excellence course is accredited by The Centre of CPD Excellence and is equivalent to 30 CPD points. Upon completion of the course you will be awarded a certificate containing evidence of your CPD points.

What's Our Purpose
The Institute for Achievement and Excellence was created to help people upskill, focusing on professional and entrepreneurial women who wish to level up and progress beyond their limiting beliefs. We drive her professional success and personal transformation with a single purpose - to create an unstoppable woman!
Women are still neither as well-represented nor as well-rewarded as men in positions of leadership. From unconscious biases at the hiring stage to a lack of sponsorship for promotion, women continue to be overlooked for positions they are better qualified to fill when compared to their male colleagues.
Our vision is to be a catalyst for having greater female representation in senior leadership positions and our mission is to positively and directly impact her ability to contribute to achieving business results. We support women from diverse backgrounds wanting to enhance or transform their success outcomes and we work with organisations to educate and get the best from their female talent.

Meet Our Founder
Elizabeth Batalla
Elizabeth has worked with a multitude of global companies and lectured at various academic institutions during her career of over 30 years. She speaks internationally on the topic of women in the workplace and is also the author of the book - Level Up to Move Up: The Three Forces in Achieving Excellence.
